Nampa, ID is home to one of the most haunted eateries in the nation, Pete's Tavern. Come Explore its spooky menu and other offerings with Haunted Journeys.
This old bar is quite a treat, with a rich history and a wonderful atmosphere, their menu is limited to only beer and wine coolers. It also has a special treat for their patrons at the back of the establishment, a room called the Cave. This room is in one oldest part of the bar, being a speak-easy during the Prohibition days. In fact, the thick wooden door that opens into the room has the metal sliding peep hone used to find ount who was trying to get in!
The setting is certainly there for the haunts! The room gets very cold, unexplainably. Many feel a presence around them. At times, an older male apparition appears when you least expect him, grumbling just one word. There is female phantom with a distinctive southern accent who does not like her rear end punched. Yes, she will tell you. Another ghost lady will whisper words, but usually very hard to understand. Do you think you could handle a visit to this Cave?
