Tilton NH is home to one of the most haunted places in the state, 1875 Tilton Inn. Come Explore its mystery with Haunted Journeys.
The Inn was built in 1875 and has had several famous visitors like Henry Ford and Thomas Edison. The building has burnt down three times in the past. One of the fires is said to have claimed the life of a 12-year-old girl named Laura. Her family lived here at the Inn in the 1800s, in what is now known as the Sanborn room.
There have been many encounters with Laura both upstairs in the rooms, and downstairs in the pub and restaurant. Under the previous owner, Ghost Hunters did an investigation.
