The historic Adams Hotel was built in 1908 to provide accommodation for railroad travelers in its city, Lavina, Montana. Over the years, the hotel has fallen into a state of disrepair. Currently, it is now owned by the Friends of Historical Adams Hotel, who are attempting to restore the historic building and turn it into a museum.
The building is believed to have two ghostly residents; one may be a former hotel employee, who is seen lying on a bed on the upper floor. The other is a woman in a white dress, seen by witnesses sitting in a rocking chair located in the entrance hall.
