Apparently, Buck's life came to an end after an argument gone bad. People have witnessed seeing Buck's spirit wandering the grounds and the Riddle House's porch. It is also haunted by one of their employees (Joseph) who hung himself in the attic. There are many other stories that repeat the history within these walls. For this reason, the building was featured in an episode of Ghost Adventures in 2008.
