Beverly Hills CA is home to one of the most haunted places in the state, Oman House. Come explore its mystery with Haunted Journeys.

The History

Built by David Oman and his father in 1999 and completed in 2002, the house sits just north of famous Sunset Blvd. in Beverly Hills and down the private drive from the site of the Sharon Tate Murders of 1969 at the hands of Charles Manson and his "Family."

The Hauntings

David Oman, the owner, declares that the haunts and other supernatural activity on his property began almost immediately during construction. His contractors and workers all claimed to hear voices when no one else was there. Cold air would twirl upon the back of their necks on the warmest days. Disembodied voices, heavy footsteps could be heard making their way across floorboards in empty rooms. According to Oman, the building site “just had a bad vibe.”

Oman believes Sharon Tate is one of the restless spirits haunting his property. A witness claims to have seen a bleeding pregnant woman walking outside the house who they believe was Sharon Tate. Some believe the house is a containment vessel for spirits because of the geomagnetic energy that surrounds the property.

Also, the hillside property is believed to contain the remains of Native Americans buried here. This property is a recognized and celebrated haunted place, appearing on seen on TV's Ghost Hunters, My Ghost Story, Paranormal Witness, Haunted History, Ghost Adventures, and Ghost Adventures AfterShocks.
